The General Conditions of the service that regulate the Guest's stay at the Residence are as follows:

All rates are shown per room and per night for a maximum of two people and include breakfast (at the table or buffet). Rates also include linen change (sheets, towels and bathrobes) every 2 days of
stay.

All rates include free access to the swimming pool, open from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm.
Please respect the following rules when using the pool:
– Do not allow access to children under the age of 12
– Wear suitable footwear only (sandals, flip flops, etc)
– Use the shower before entering the pool
– Keep your voice low
– Do not rush or disturb other guests
– Do not introduce glasses or glass containers
– The structure is not subject to the custody obligation, therefore we recommend the
utmost caution 

The reservation is guaranteed upon pre-authorization of the credit card provided by the Guest at the time of confirmation or with payment of the agreed charges on the current account in the name of Fasano Properties di Micaletto Giuseppina e C sas n. IT IT17-Y010-3079-6510-0001-1661-373.
The credit card provided will also be used in case of no-show condition.

An identity card or a valid passport is required to allow staying at Giardino Grande.
Early check-in and late check-out can be agreed upon request at an additional cost.

The guest is kindly requested to:
– comply with the cancellation policies
– comply with the check-in and check-out times
– respect quiet and privacy of other guests
– comply with the Regulations for access and use of the swimming pool
– comply with the Regulations for access and use of the car park
Any failure to comply with one of the aforementioned requirements implies the removal of the
Guest or Guests of Giardino Grande.

Giardino Grande – Dimora in Salento carries out non-hotel activities of guesthouse, or the provision of accommodation and complementary services (ref .: Articles 3, 43 and 46 of Regional Law 11/1999 and subsequent amendments).
