Terms and Conditions

By making reservations with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Reservation and Payment

Availability and Credit Card

All reservations are subject to availability. To secure a reservation, a valid credit card is required.

Payment Terms

• Payment for flexible bookings is due 21 days prior to the arrival day. We accept major credit cards.
• Non-refundable bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.

Pets and Children

• Pets (up to 10kg) are welcome only under previous agreement and with an extra charge of €30 for final cleaning.
• Children over 12s are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible Bookings

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days prior to the arrival date. After this deadline any cancellation will incur the full charge.
• Modifications to flexible reservations are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Non-Refundable Bookings

• Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or modification.
• The full reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking, and no refunds will be provided.

Arrival and Departure

• Check-in time is from 2:00pm to 8:00pm
• Check-out time is by 11:00am
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Room Cleaning and Change of Linen

A daily housekeeping service is provided from 9:00am to 1:00pm. For any personalized request, guests are kindly asked to contact the Reception.

The change of towels and bed linen is scheduled every 2 days.

Swimming Pool Rules

Please respect the following rules when using the outdoor pool:

• Children must always be accompanied by an adult responsible for their safety and behavior.
• Diving is prohibited.
• Appropriate swimwear must always be worn.
• Use the shower before entering the pool.
• Keep your voice low.
• Do not rush or disturb other guests.
• No glass allowed.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• In case of inclement weather (storms, strong winds, etc.), access to the pool area is forbidden.
• Il Giardino Grande is not subject to the custody obligation, therefore we recommend the utmost caution.

Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.

Privacy and Security

We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for more details.

Force Majeure

Il Giardino Grande is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, government actions, and civil disturbances.

In the event of litigation, the Court of Lecce will be the competent jurisdiction.
